Externally, balustrade framing installation has commenced and external building render is largely complete behind the scaffolding on levels one through to four.
All trunk services – water, sewer, stormwater drainage, electricity supply and NBN are connected to the building and the gas connection is due to take place in the next two weeks; which finalises all trunk service connections required for the project.
