The locally owned powerhouse behind two of the Gold Coast’s latest luxury residential knock outs, Cru Collective, is gearing up for an epic era ahead with the appointment of prolific property lawyer, Nina McGrath.
McGrath joins the Gold Coast developer as its dedicated inhouse Legal and Acquisitions specialist ahead of what is pitched to be a golden decade of growth for the Southeast Queensland pocket following interstate border openings.
Managing Director Chris Bolger said that McGrath marked the next phase of the company’s evolution across the Gold Coast.
“Nina has been a huge get for Cru Collective, given her highly-specialised background working in local property law, she will be a significant asset to Cru Collective in the years ahead,” said Mr Bolger.
“Her experience in the field is unsurpassed and we look forward to leveraging her expertise as we set ourselves up for ongoing growth and acquisitions.
“We’re incredibly proud of the local business we’ve built and the market defining projects we’ve delivered, and Nina’s appointment is the first step in our strategic expansion into new prospects on the horizon.”
McGrath joins Cru Collective from her previous role as Senior Associate at Hickey Lawyers, having developed a substantial reputation in the local community as a coveted specialist in property, construction, finance and corporate law with a focus on small and large scale residential, commercial and retail developments in South-East Queensland.
Prior to her legal career, Nina had a background in real estate, with involvement in residential sales, property management, business development and compliance across Queensland and New South Wales.
McGrath heralds from a strong property family background having spent five years of her career learning first hand from Uncle John McGrath – a surname deeply rooted in the property industry.
The award-winning developer has more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial property across south-east Queensland and isn’t slowing down, with the newest addition being the next strategic step in Cru’s growth.
With a total of $150 million in projects currently in the pipeline, Cru is gradually amassing a development pipeline that is shaping the coast’s luxury sweep.
The company’s latest venture, Sur Kirra Beach offers 10 spacious sky homes including a jaw dropping two-storey penthouse, and features design elements inspired by the longboards that established the Kirra surfing culture in the 1960s.
It follows the sell-out and completion of Cru Collective’s $40 million Siarn Palm Beach North residential project.
