Work is progressing at full steam ahead at Siarn Palm Beach North! Everyone’s favourite beachfront site at 460 The Esplanade, Palm Beach North is abuzz with activity as we kick off the new year.
Contractors have successfully completed the installation of 295 perimeter piles. A further 18 of the larger internal foundation piles will be completed by this week.
The concrete usage for this work has surpassed the 2,000m3 as we close in on completion of this element. We’re about to begin the capping beam works to install the bracing and begin the bulk excavation in the coming week.
By February we’ll be removing the piling rig off site and continuing with the bracing of the perimeter walls to enable the bulk excavation to begin.
