With the basement one slab poured late May, the focus for June was all about getting the ground floor slab prepared and poured.
The basement one walls were sprayed and vertical concrete walls complete. Columns and lift core where constructed, including blockwork stairwell walls.
The large tubular braces supporting the perimeter wall were removed allowing the formwork to ground floor slab to be installed, reinforcement and services installed to achieve the ground floor concrete to be poured late June.
The dewatering system was then decommissioned and removed from site. The commencement of scaffolding installation kicks off in July while works commence internally in basement two with the installation of power and lighting.
