The site is progressing well with the two-level basement now complete! All slabs, columns, ramps, perimeter walls and internal fire stairs are also completed and poured.
The ground floor level one slab will be poured early this month. Once poured the dewatering equipment and plant will be decommissioned and removed off site.
Energex will complete the undergrounding of the powerlines along Musgrave Street before the end of March. This means our sky homes boasts uninterrupted views across the magnificent beach front.
External scaffold up to level two will be erected after the undergrounding of the power lines by Energex. The level two slab and associated structural walls will be formed up and poured before end of April.
