Internal progress
With our tiling completed and joinery with stone tops installed in our most advanced units, we commenced the installation of robe doors and stair balustrades in preparation for final fit off works. This is consistent across units 13 to 23, Externally, the retaining walls commenced to allow preparation for the upcoming external concreting and landscaping works.
As the tiling works in Units 1 to 12 progressed, joinery installation followed closely behind along with the installation of the internal stairs and early painting works.
External progress
The focus this month has been completing roofing and with the face brickwork completed, external cladding and rendering works are also underway.
