From the world-famous beaches of the Gold Coast to Brisbane’s sparkling skyline, these developments have picked the best spots in town.
With a reinvigorated focus on boutique design, each project has placed outlook at its heart and made every effort to capitalise on panoramic views.
They offer a simple yet inviting image: a deck chair, a glass of something tasty and a breathtaking view.
Siarn Palm Beach
Construction is about to begin on this exciting development overlooking some of the Gold Coast’s most spectacular beaches.
Designed by award-winning architecture firm BDA, Siarn Palm Beach offers an exclusive collection of 16 homes with just two apartments per floor.
Each residence covers 230 square metres and features three bedrooms.
Siarn is on the beachfront in the exclusive enclave of The Esplanade, just behind a popular surf spot at Twenty Fifth Avenue and sandwiched between the picturesque Tallebudgera and Currumbin creeks.
The development sits on an elevated corner block, which offers uninterrupted coastal views from Stradbroke Island and Surfers Paradise to Currumbin and Coolangatta.
Each apartment features an oversized balcony with timber-look adjustable screens, which residents can arrange to their liking and which form part of the building’s striking facade.
Residents will also have access to a host of health and fitness facilities, including an oceanfront, waterfall-edge pool, a lounging terrace, outdoor kitchen, infrared sauna and fitness centre, all within an exclusive leisure podium.
Managing director of Cru Collective Chris Bolger said the initial response had been extremely positive, as off-the-plan purchasing allowed buyers plenty of time to sell their existing property.
“We have had an overwhelming response from locals,” he said.
“Many people in the immediate area are choosing an easier lifestyle in a brand new apartment with facilities they can enjoy daily and not have to maintain.”
He said it was not just the project’s premier elevated site but also its clever design that created total privacy in apartment living.
“Each balcony is completely separate to its neighbour, creating a home rather than apartment feel,” he said.
“Luxury design is equally as important as function and liveability – it was imperative we maximised views from every room possible.
“The views are simply breathtaking. You’ll never want to leave your home.”
Half of Siarn’s apartments are already sold, and prices on remaining apartments start at $2.045 million.
Construction is due to start this month, with completion scheduled for August 2020.
