Acqua Beachside Residences
The excitement is building at Acqua Beachside Residences, Palm Beach, as construction continues in line with last month’s steady progress.
The structure of the building is nearing completion with the structural steel for the roof progressing well and roof coverings due to commence on the southern portion by end of month.
The internal finishes within the building continue to advance up to and including level five.
Painting is well underway both internally and externally, joinery is complete to more than half the levels and installation is well advanced through level four.
Stone tops are being installed as well as the timber flooring; which really showcases the modern coastal aesthetic of the apartments.
The gorgeous natural veining in the stone splash-backs create a real ‘wow’ feature of the kitchen.
Externally, balustrade framing installation has commenced and external building render is largely complete behind the scaffolding on levels one through to four.
All trunk services, which means water, sewer, stormwater drainage, electricity supply and NBN, and now gas are connected to the building. Feature façade treatments including sandstone tiling has also commenced – once the scaffolding starts to come down the natural beachy vibes of Acqua will be unveiled!
