Construction will kick off over the coming weeks at Siarn Palm Beach, with Cru's own building arm, Cru Construct, scheduled to commence works on the $40 million project end of this month.

Astute buyers have acted swiftly and benefited from launch pricing pre-construction, with the developer confirming locals have snapped up almost half the building already.

“We received a huge uplift in enquiry post-election, with majority of sales from buyers in the immediate Palmy area or Brisbane, which is a great sign and really cements confidence that we’re creating a product that is highly desirable,” says Managing Director Chris Bolger.

“Our couple of interstate buyers have a family connection to the area and plan on moving back next year so already we know the building will have great sense of community and neighbourhood.”

Siarn boasts an elevated corner location of The Esplanade, showcasing uninterrupted coastline views from Stradbroke Island, Surfers Paradise, all the way through to Currumbin, Coolangatta and Snapper Rocks. The popular 25th Ave surf break is at the front door, the area is a playground for surfers, kite surfers and SUP riders. Sitting beachfront, between two of the most famous creeks in the country – Tallebudgera and Currumbin, locations really don’t get better than Siarn’s Esplanade address.

“People are choosing location and lifestyle – and a boutique building with facilities they do not have to personally maintain ticks the boxes over a property or house. It is a trend we are seeing with corporates and the baby boomer downsizers. Off plan provides them ample time to sell their existing property and most are moving from large homes or acreage to enjoy the laidback beach lifestyle Siarn provides. The safety, lock up and go factor is also a big draw card with people that travel for a good portion of the year.”

Health and fitness was a focus for Cru when creating Siarn’s amenities.

“We wanted to deliver a cutting edge, but also practical lifestyle floor that our 16 residents could enjoy daily”, says Bolger.

The entire podium level of Siarn is dedicated to a grand lobby and private resident facilities.  An oceanfront waterfall edge pool is a hero element, alongside a large glass fitness centre, allowing residents to work out with a beach view. Siarn’s zen zone hosts an infra-red sauna and residents can cool off under the private outdoor shower which sits amongst tropical landscaping within the building. There is also a large alfresco dining area hosting BBQ and under counter fridge for those that may want to entertain outside their home, or relax with a cool drink between sauna and swim sessions.

Siarn boasts several unique design details and sets the benchmark for luxury and privacy whilst still cleverly capturing views from every aspect.

“A luxury design is equally as important as function and liveability  - it was imperative we maximised views from every room possible,”  says Bolger.

Siarn holds a premier elevated beachfront corner, with each balcony completely separate to its neighbour – creating a sky home, rather than apartment feel. The oversized balconies also offer stunning timber-look operable screen features. These screens are an innovative detail that make the building a constantly changing work of art, and allow home owners to adjust to suit their privacy needs.  Another popular feature has been the huge butler’s pantry and wine cellar; along with the impressive 11 foot ceilings boasted by the Level 9 penthouses.

“The collective group of people behind Siarn will ensure it is a striking statement for The Esplanade. We have an exceptional award winning architectural team in BDA Architects, led by Director Darren Greenaway; and a long standing 10 year history with Palm Interiors Nyria King. We’ve also worked closely with a few of the buyers that are choosing to customise their homes with some opting for a library or home office in replace of the cellar.” Says Bolger

Siarn sits beachfront at 460 The Esplanade, between two of the most famous creeks in SEQ, Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Creek.

A signature project for Cru,  Siarn Palm Beach North will comprise of just 16 properties, 2 spacious (230sqm) apartments per floor, which all capture breathtaking postcard views.
