Construction will kick off over the coming weeks at Siarn Palm Beach, with Cru’s own building arm, Cru Construct, scheduled to commence works on the $40 million project end of this month.
Astute buyers have acted swiftly and benefited from launch pricing pre-construction, with the developer confirming locals have snapped up almost half the building already.
