Over the next few months we will see the removal of scaffolding and completion of external façade. Currently there are major works underway for the completion of podium and level 2 common areas. The roof has been completed including waterproofing, render and paint to the halo. The curved nose cones and halo (roof) of the building will be an absolutely striking architectural feature of Sur.
The initial scaffold drop of the roof area is commencing in the coming weeks, which then leads into the external façade completion and scaffold drop which is the current critical path for completion. Externally, render and paint is being completed ready for the drop, this includes the installation of the metal work screens and balustrades.
