Works have recommenced back on site following the festive season shutdown period. The forming up and reinforcement works are currently being completed with the basement slab to be poured before end of this month.
The pouring of ramps and stairs will occur, as well as columns from basement 1 to underside of level 1, and the builder will be erecting perimeter scaffold to the building up to level 2 slab. Energex are also due to complete undergrounding of the powerlines along Musgrave St to ensure unrestricted beach views for residents.
